EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS

It’s a week later and we are still excited about our 40th Anniversary Lunch we had at McLean House at Estates of Sunnybrook. It was a perfect venue for 40 guests. Our experience before the event with the Social Sales Manager Diane and the Events Manager Erin and during the party was first class. We were treated with respect by all the staff. No question was too trivial and all changes were accepted graciously. The maître d’ Eileen and her staff were professional all throughout the event. Everyone commented on the excellent service. My guests loved the brunch we ordered and there was plenty of delicious food. However I think the desserts provided were ordinary and boring. I brought in my own Anniversary cake which was really necessary considering what was offered by McLean House. The interior of the house is beautiful and the gardens are lovely. There is a beautiful oak table in the Reception Area that needs to be refinished. I would highly recommend this venue for a small event.

Shipping my BMW X5 from Vancouver to...

I used Automoves to transport my X5 from Greater Vancouver Area to Mississauga, Ontario earlier this month. My quote request was addressed within 1 hour and their rep followed up to address all my questions regarding available options. I went with transport option by rail since I wanted to get my car as soon as possible. Cost was a factor so I chose terminal to terminal service and dropped my vehicle off at their terminal in Richmond, BC. The car was on its way the following day and I was provided with a tracking number. Automoves rep called me 24 hours before arrival and advised that the car will be ready for pick up the following afternoon. Communication was great, my car arrived damage-free, so I am a happy camper!

Ashley's Wedding

On Oct. 4 2014 my duaughter had her wedding reception at candels banquet hall. And to be quite honest with anyone who reads this post you will be very, very, happy with this hall.
The place is great, the staff are great and the food was to die for. There was a grade 4 chef at the wedding and he told my daughter he has NEVER been to a wedding that had a buffet that was anything but BAD!!. Until he ate at this buffet, He said Ashley this was the best buffet food ever. The stuffed seafood was perfect,the chicken was perfect, Hell everything was just PERFECT. I would like to thank Mr. Hamid his Son and all the staff at Candels they made my daughters wedding a night to remember for a very long time to come.

custom made cabinets

I was very happy Roman agreed to help me with my unique project. It had to be done as a must before autumn started. I ordered custom made cabinets of a non standard size with specific shapes and number of shelves. Their hardware is of a high quality. And if to compare with other companies and prices I definitely suggest Vorob Craft Cabinetry. Their nice attitude and doing projects in time attract customers. I was referred to them being sick and tired to hear "No" towards my custom requests during estimations. My friends did me a great favor poviding contacts of this company which deserves the highest rate.

Do Not Buy Warranty or Protection Plan

The only answer i got for three different issues,
IT IS NOT COVERED.
I paid $150 for comprehensive warranty on 7pc dinning set and 3pc bonded leather set.
First issue was after one year where on seat of the 7 chairs got ripped accidentally by a guest. The issue took one month between taking an appointments and sending technicians.
The answer that the seat is made of two layers, vinyl and fabric and the two layers separated before got cut and the separation is not covered, separation is a manufacturer defect.
Second and third issue were after two years and half where the coils of the sofa popped where you can see and feel when seated.
Mr.expert report was that the cause of that was the regular use of the sofa, and this is not covered.
Third issue was the leg of one chair got loose because the nail does not go inside its hole.
The answer is NOT COVERED.

Dr. Calvin Chark is the ultimate professional combining superior veterinary knowledge and skills with a compassionate side able to comfort both owner and pet in times of stress. The support staff are always friendly and accommodating. Their groomer, Mimi, is very talented and able to handle even the most difficult pet. There has been a dog in my house for 50 years and I have never received better veterinary care and service than what I receive at Bayview Seven Animal Hospital.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered a hot tub cover, they had our original order on file, couldn't bother to check the P.O. number on the hot tub and cover we purchased from them. They gave us the wrong size cover and wouldn't refund our money. They told us that if they had to come out and measure the tub, they would have to charge us $50.00!!! WE are only one half hour of highway driving from Winnipeg!! You would think that the Manager (Paulo) who should know hot tubs, would have told us that the measurements for radius corners should be on the tag of the old cover!! Very bad attitude, like they didn't really care about us. ALL THEY WANTED WAS OUR MONEY!!!

From this point on I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KREVCO!!!! POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MANITOBA, IF NOT CANADA!!!
